Passion & Experience
Dana has a MS in Clinical Health Psychology and Counseling, and is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). Additionally, Dana is a certified Mindful Change coach, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), ACSM Exercise Physiologist, and ACE Certified Personal Trainer alongside other group fitness certifications. In addition to her full-time work, Dana is an adjunct professor for Rowan University teaching stress management and health behavior, and has written publications in American Fitness magazine, IDEA Fitness Journal, and NASM and AFAA's online blogs.
Dana has over 10+ years of fitness and wellness coaching experience, and believes in working holistically with individuals and groups as they work towards achieving their intentions. Dana strives to provide affordable coaching to help individuals meet their goals, transform their lives, empower their intentions, and engage in lasting behavioral change. As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Dana helps clients on a variety of topics including work-life balance, exercise adherence, self-care and empowerment, and stress management and cognitive resilience. In addition to her work as a coach, Dana helps her yoga students and fitness clients align well, increase mobility, and improve muscular strength and endurance.
